Favors Property Group, LLC is a full service property investment company specializing in buying and selling real estate, investing, and full service general contracting. Owner and CEO Herman Favors II is an Atlanta native; graduating from the esteemed Pace Academy. After leaving Pace Academy Herman went on to attend Georgia State University on a full basketball scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in real estate. After college Herman
would go on to play basketball professionally for 8 seasons in Holland, Sweden, France, Finland, China, Qatar, Venezuela and Canada. After retiring from basketball in 2013 Herman began working for his father’s general contracting company, Favors Contracting, full time. After earning his Real Estate license in 2015, Herman decided to branch out from his father’s company and started Favors Property Group, LLC..
